How BookWise handles data
Each business on BookWise keeps its own customer, appointment and messaging records. Customer details are never shown on public booking pages, and customers can manage their appointment through a secure, single-use link rather than an account.
Customer choices
Text reminders require an explicit opt-in, can be turned off at any time, and are only sent inside the quiet hours each business configures. Businesses can export or delete a customer's records from their Customers screen at any time.
Not for regulated records
BookWise is built for service businesses. It is not intended for regulated medical records or protected health information without additional compliance work.
Using the service
Plans, allowances and features are set by the platform operator and can change with notice. Messaging beyond an included allowance is billed separately.
